Trauma and chronic pain keep us away from the present moment. We loose touch with our body and our sense of Self.
In my sessions, I encourage clients to bring their attention to the here and now, getting in touch with their bodies, and slowly developing a newfound relationship with themselves. I am here to accompany students to meet themselves where they are physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Only when we connect fully to ourselves with love and compassion, we can bring healing and transformation.
My sessions are unique and fully customised to the client needs at that specific time. I intuitively blend from varied styles of Yoga, meditation, breath work, somatic movements, chakra work, Pain Reprocessing Therapy tools to help bring awareness, mindfulness, and ultimately transformation and healing.
Sessions last 90 minutes and can be done in person or online.
